Shipping Policy: Shipping charges are estimates only and actual charges will be confirmed before shipment. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee, Orders are processed and shipped after receiving the full payment.

Domestic Purchase: Canada Post or Pick up at our Markham manufacturing facility.

Free Shipping over $100 via Canada Post, Free local delivery in the City of Markham, ON over $100.

International Shipping: All orders to the U.S or internationally are shipped via Canada Post International Shipping.

When ordering outside of Canada, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country and pay for the duties.

Cancellation: Cancellation is not accepted after the order has been placed.
